Connect Suite - Social Listening Tool

Compilation of different digital experiences created for Connect, a Social Listening Tool.

Problem :

We teamed up with the social listening team to solve a seemingly simple task: to centralize data regarding social listening for different social listening teams. Their first idea was to build an app containing the information they needed, so our team decided to investigate before closing in on a solution.

Challenge :

With a month's worth of research came the truth: the social listening teams needed much more than an app, they needed an entire suite built just for them.

While daily operators need to keep an eye on every single thing that happens on social media during the entire day, C-levels only cared about urgent matters and (mostly) wanted to see metrics & results for 10 minutes at most.


Thus began the process of mapping journeys & creating flows

Solution :

After months of hard work and improvements, the Connect app suite came to fruition.

For daily operators: The Connect Mission Control, a complete dashboard that allows for quick and efficient crisis management
For Influencer Partnerships: The Influencer roster platform, with a fully integrated influencer analysis & approval flow
For C-levels: The Connect App, a handy mobile application that allows users to check our social media performance, analyze influencers & be notified of urgent alerts

WIth the help of two other designers led by me, we managed to create over 50 components & UI elements for more than 30 different screens that are now used by over 4 teams and 200 MAUs.
